All platform design, logo, code, and original content created by Soche India is our intellectual property. You may not:

• Use the Soche India name or logo for commercial purposes without written consent.

User-generated content remains the property of the respective users, subject to the licence granted in Section 3.

Soche India may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Access third-party links at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Soche India is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be available at all times without interruptions.
• Content posted by users is accurate, complete, or reliable.
• The platform is free from bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soche India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, reputation, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. By using our platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.
